Cultivating a Positive School Climate
This is Part 1 of 3 in our School Climate Professional Development Series: Enhancing School Climate and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) for School Leaders. This workshop is an opportunity for district and school leaders to reflect on your current practices and explore strategies to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that promotes academic success and emotional resilience. This session will focus on: •Developing an understanding of how the habits of school leaders directly impact school climate. •Understanding the foundational elements of school climate and its impact on student achievement and well-being. •Identifying helpful habits that can be implemented into daily practice to improve school climate. Cost of attendance includes a light breakfast. Discount will be applied if enrolling in all 3 sessions ($75 per session/$200 for all 3).
