Attendee Cancelation/Refund Policy: Enrollment may be canceled up to five (5) business days before the first date of the event for credit or refund by sending an email to Jen LaBella at [email protected]. Payment will be expected if cancelation occurs within 5 days from the start of the event. If an event is canceled due to low enrollment, you will receive an email notification 3-5 days before the event.

Inclement Weather Cancelation/Delay Information: Should there be inclement weather predicted for an event date, participants will receive cancelation or delay information via email, including a rescheduled date (if available). If events are unable to be rescheduled, a full refund will be made.
