(ATDN) Strategies and Best Practices for Staff Evaluation Roundtable

Open to Adult Education Teacher Evaluators who have completed the Teacher Evaluation Parts I & II training and are using the Adult Education Evaluation Plan.

As a group, participants will engage in a detailed discussion about the effectiveness of the Evaluation Plan, especially with its application to virtual instruction. Examine what aspects of the plan are successful and identify areas that need improvement. Participants are encouraged to bring samples of forms, procedures, and other relevant documents to share with their peers. This collaborative session will provide an opportunity to compare different approaches, exchange insights, and discuss strategies for refining the evaluation process.
