Emotionally Intelligent Leadership

This is Part 3 of 3 in our School Climate Professional Development Series: Enhancing School Climate and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) for School Leaders. This session will provide an opportunity for leaders to assess and reflect on your emotional intelligence skills and use them to enhance your school climate and will focus on: •Understanding how emotional intelligence skills impact school leader performance and school climate. •Identifying the characteristics of an emotionally intelligent leader. •Working through problems of practice related to school climate. •Developing problem-of-practice activities to train your school staff to develop emotionally intelligent responses. Cost of attendance includes a light breakfast. Discount will be applied if enrolling in all 3 sessions ($75 per session/$200 for all 3).
