ROP Network for Evaluators of Educators: Calibration & Support

We are committed to providing support in the implementation of your district-based educator evaluation model. To reduce costs and build a regional community of support, we are offering regional training to districts trained in EdAdvance's ROP evaluation and growth model. This network will help to create a learning community for evaluators to share experiences implementing ROP, learn from one another, and refine common understanding of high-leverage instructional practices and effective feedback. The first meeting will be held on September 23rd, and 2-3 future meeting dates will be agreed upon by the group during/after session one.
