Training for ROP Evaluators of Educators
We are committed to providing support in the implementation of your district-based educator evaluation model. To reduce costs and build a regional community of support, we are offering regional training to districts trained in EdAdvance's ROP evaluation and growth model. This training will orient evaluators to the ROP growth and evaluation model, and support evaluators in providing focused feedback aligned to high leverage indicators and using the CAPA cycle to facilitate meaningful reflection and growth. A continental breakfast and lunch are included in the cost of this two day training.
