Facilitating Educator Growth: Coaching with the 4 Essential Roles of Leadership

Participants will delve into the Franklin Covey 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) for Educators with a special focus on the 3rd Essential Role, "Execute Strategy." This segment will guide building and district evaluators in creating actionable plans that align with the new evaluation guidelines, foster growth and accountability, and lead to measurable outcomes in teacher/leader practices. Through hands-on activities, collaborative planning, and scenario-based coaching strategies, administrators will gain tools to build trust, set clear visions, and provide impactful feedback that inspires continuous improvement across their schools and districts.
