Nurturing Culture Awareness: Designing Inclusive Early Learning Experiences
Participants will explore the principles of anti-bias education, learning how to recognize and challenge biases in themselves and their teaching practices. The training will cover key topics such as understanding the impact of systemic inequities on young children, creating culturally responsive and inclusive learning environments, and developing curriculum and activities that reflect and respect the diverse backgrounds of all students.
