RESC SDE CT Evaluation: Advancing Inclusive Principal Leadership: Training for School and District Leaders
This workshop is designed specifically for administrators and school leaders to support the school-wide implementation of authentic inclusive practices. Aligned with the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL), this session will equip leaders with the knowledge and strategies needed to foster a truly inclusive learning environment for all students, including those receiving specialized instruction, multilingual learners, and diverse student populations. Participants will explore how to collaboratively implement inclusive practices with educators and service providers to create equitable learning experiences.

Learning Outcomes:
As a result of participating in this workshop, participants will be able to:
Understand the difference between inclusive placements and authentic inclusive experiences for learners who receive specialized services.
Identify their strengths and areas for growth based inclusive practices aligned to the 10 PSEL standards.
Identify specific steps to move inclusive practices forward in their school community, using the CT Inclusive Education standards."
