Registration Cancellation Policy
Attendee Cancellation/Refund Policy: Enrollment may be cancelled up to ten (10) business days prior to the first date of the event for credit or refund by sending an email to John Gustafson at jgustafson@aces.org. Payment will be expected if cancellation occurs within 10 days from the start of the event. If events are cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive an email notification 3-5 days prior to the event.

Inclement Weather Cancellation/Delay Information: Should there be inclement weather predicted for an event date, participants will receive cancellation or delay information via email, including a rescheduled date (if available). If events are unable to be rescheduled, full refund will be made.
