Registration Cancellation Policy
Attendee Cancellation/Refund Policy: Enrollment may be cancelled up to ten (10) business days prior to the first date of the event for credit or refund by sending an email to John Gustafson at [email protected]. Payment will be expected if cancellation occurs within 10 days from the start of the event. If events are cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive an email notification 3-5 days prior to the event.

Inclement Weather Cancellation/Delay Information: Should there be inclement weather predicted for an event date, participants will receive cancellation or delay information via email, including a rescheduled date (if available). If events are unable to be rescheduled, full refund will be made.
