RESC SDE CT Evaluation: Mastering Effective Feedback Strategies for Growth and Success

Join administrative colleagues from across the State in to grow your leadership skills in providing and receiving effective feedback that leads to transformation of professional practice. Mindful of the new CT Evaluation and Support Guidelines 2023, participants must commit to attending both sessions. Leaders are invited to come individually or as a leadership team, though leadership teams are encouraged. Leaders will deepen their knowledge of effective feedback in relation to high leverage goals, strong professional learning plans, high impact systems and structures and how to provide effective feedback to inspire and grow success. Site-visit, mid-year and summative learning conversations and feedback calibration will be emphasized. Resources provided may be brought back for use with your district teams and PDEC.
