EDU 5741: Finance in Education
This course develops leadership abilities at the school district level to create and sustain financial and operational conditions that enable the achievement of State learning standards, implement employment agreements, and allocate resources in accordance with federal and state regulations. The collective bargaining process is discussed, along with the development of a management information system, and effective ways to communicate financial information to stakeholders. Internship hours required.
