Peer Supervision Training @ Choices

The goal of this workshop is to gain an understanding of the role of peer supervision and the importance of effective supervision. Peers and Non peer supervisors will benefit from this course by learning the fundamentals of supervision, the guiding principles, role differentiation and leadership skills.
Objectives (appears on the evaluation form):
Describe the 4 performance domains relative to the recovery supports as well as be able to explain how to utilize the performance domains in the supervision of peer supporters;Identify role clarity between a licensed clinician and a peer worker;Differentiate between the 4 performance domains and core competencies;Discuss state specific peer Codes of EthicsBe familiar with the service delivery of the peer model.Deliver solid peer supervision
Who is this training for?
Supervisors of Recovery Coaches, CRSWs or the equivalent.

You are registered for the Peer Supervision for Non-Peers training on July 22 & 23, 2025 from12:00-4:30pm EASTERN TIME. Must attend all 8 hours.

To ensure that you receive the full experience of this training please establish an environment that is distraction-free, as much as humanly possible. Folding clothes, washing dishes, or driving are not conducive to learning??.

Attendance and video presence for the entire 8hours is mandatory, and your camera must be on. No exceptions.

Materials, Evaluations, and Certificates:

* Course handouts will be available in your Protraxx course approximately five days before the training start date. 

An evaluation survey link will be emailed out toward the end of the training day. Please make sure to complete the survey to receive your certificate of completion. CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK before reaching out to us.

* Certificates are issued upon completion of the 8 hours training and the evaluation.
