LRE/Inclusive Practices for Students with Disabilities
The session will provide educators, both special education and general education, with evidenced based practices to support learners with a range of disabilities to access the curriculum for meainingful inclusion including literacy, functional communication, academic communication, UDL, neurodiversity.
Goals (appears on the evaluation form):
Educators will: 1. Explore curriculum frameworks to be used when designing instruction for students with various disability profiles; 2. Determine entry points and levels of complexity to design challenging instruction; and 3. Develop instructional strategies to increase engagement for all students
