Thank you for choosing Choices Recovery Trainings.

Congratulations! You are registered for the Choices Suicide Prevention for Non-Clinical Workers on October 30 & 31, 2024 from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm EST. Attendance on both days is mandatory to receive a certificate of completion.

This subject matter is very sensitive. If you are a loss survivor, or an attempt survivor, please be sure to have some self-care strategies in place the day of this training.

AVOID DISTRACTIONS: We are in this together and your distractions impact others. To ensure that you receive the full experience of this training please establish an environment that is distraction-free, as much as humanly possible. Folding clothes, washing dishes, or driving are not conducive to learning.

Materials, Evaluations, and Certificates:

* Course handouts will be available in your PROTRAXX Account approximately five before the training start date.

* An evaluation survey link will be emailed out at the end of the training. Please make sure to complete the survey to receive your certificate of completion.

* Certificates are issued upon completion of the 6 hours and the course evaluation.
