Thank you for choosing Choices Recovery Trainings as your training provider.

You are registered for the HIV/AIDS and Bloodborne Pathogens Training Dec. 5, 2024 at 9AM - 4:30PM Eastern Standard Time.

To ensure that you receive the full experience of this training please establish an environment that is distraction-free, as much as humanly possible.

Folding clothes, washing dishes, or driving are not conducive to learning.

Attendance and video presence for the entire six hours is mandatory, and your camera must be on. No exceptions. 

Signing on to zoom at: 8:50 am will help us to be respectful of everyone’s time so that we can begin at 9:00am.

Materials, Evaluations, and Certificates:

* An evaluation survey link will be emailed out toward the end of the training day. Please make sure to complete the survey to receive your certificate of completion.

* Certificates are issued upon completion of the 6 hours training and the evaluation.

* Course handouts will available in your Protraxx account approximately five days before the training start date.
