Participants will learn about school-wide implementation of authentic inclusive practices, aligned to the Professional Standards of Educational Leaders (PSEL), that can be collaboratively implemented by the leaders, educators, and service providers in a school.

As a result of participating in this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Identify their strengths and areas for growth based inclusive practices aligned to the 10 PSEL standards.
• Identify specific steps to move inclusive practices forward in their school community, using the CT Inclusive Education standards.
