This training aims to develop a shared understanding of strategies to increase the capacity for creating, supporting, and sustaining trauma-informed practices within schools. Participants will explore leadership practices that not only recognize but actively support staff experiencing toxic stress or secondary traumatic stress, fostering a healthier and more resilient school environment. Additionally, participants will engage with UPLIFT tools and resources, gaining practical insights into how these tools can be integrated to enhance existing building systems and practices. The session emphasizes collaborative and actionable approaches to promoting staff well-being and building sustainable trauma-informed frameworks.
