ProTraxx Professional Development Management System. The system is web based,
very easy to use and allows for the tracking of staff development as well as
certifications and tenure. Because the system is web based, all staff can access
the system from any computer with Internet access. Security is maintained by assigning
user names and password and access can be restricted. Any updates to the software are
handled by ProTraxx. Pat Kell, President of ProTraxx, and her staff are the consummate
