As an operational tool, EzTraxx Online addresses the challenges of data entry and retrieval for the support staff in a typical school central office where massive amounts of information about offerings, instructions, schedules, and participation flow between buildings and employees. Administrators throughout the district have access to a single source for planning, approving, evaluating, and aligning of experiences with both identified student and staff need and state performance standards. The program’s online enrollment options allow for automatic notification of enrollment, payment options, and permit limiting by position (location, title and grade). The resulting Staff Profile is a snapshot of an educator, viewable and printable by the individual or their supervisors.

- Direct alignment of offerings with building or district/organizational goals, initiatives, grants or other funding sources, teacher technology competencies and student performance standards
- The capture and reporting of data associated with Certification, Endorsements, and State-related CEU/licensure requirements
- Tracking of staff’s cyclical evaluations, mentors, and observations
- Real time view of offerings and participation by topic/subject, date, presenter and position (school, title, and grade level)
- Customizable online evaluation of learning experiences and resulting system-generated summary report
- Creation of individual professional development plans by each staff member which are aligned with targeted student need by strand as well as other identified goals or initiatives
- Real time reporting – quick results by date range as well as numerous other fields which are easily viewed or printed in html, pdf, or exportable to Excel for further data mining
