EzConference Features & Benefits:
EzConference is an additional menu item within the EzTraxx module allowing for:
- Ability to create multiple breakout sessions
- Participants to earn a single award for participation in entire conference
- Alignment of goals and standards with the event
- Easy export of participant data to create name tags or other documents
- Administrators to remove/add/confirm/approve/delete enrollments for each breakout session
- Enrollment in multiple sessions by participants through the EzCatalog site or by administrators through EzTraxx
- Optional fee-based conferences, food selections, and special needs of participants
- Ability to update multiple records simultaneously (payments, meals, confirmation, etc.)
- Printable Sign in/out sheets for each session
